TV Viewer
This program was written as a replacement for the buggy and bloated TV viewing software that is shipped with tuner cards. More specifically, this was tailored to my system configuration which is -
- STB TV PCI
- Aux channel for audio
- NTSC format (USA)
I suspect that this software will work for most people. If not, send me a note and I'll see if I can recompile a version for your system. Note: the program uses an Intercast installed dll to change the channel.
